LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — Hiring for Kentucky State Fair temporary employees begins Monday, Aug.6. in Louisville.
More than 750 temporary employees will be hired for, and during, the 11-day event. Pay begins at $9 per hour. Positions include admission gates, operations/maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and more. Indoor and outdoor work is available, and shifts include morning, day, evening and overnight.
Job applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide proper identification to verify work eligibility, such as photo ID and a Social Security Card.
