LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Mega Millions jackpot has jumped again, pushing Monday further into record territory at $512 million.
The next drawing will be held Tuesday night. The payout has a cash option of $303 million.
The current jackpot would be the fifth highest payout in the game’s history. The highest jackpot for Mega Millions was $656 million on March 30, 2012.
The overall odds of winning the jackpot are one to more than 302 million.
The Powerball jackpot also is high, standing at $147 million, with a $89.1 million cash option. The next Powerball drawing is Wednesday night.
