BATH COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a stabbing that left one man dead on Friday night.
Reportedly troopers were initially called around 6:45p.m. for a possible shooting in the Salt Lick community.
KSP says Gavin Troy Flener, 43, of Owingsville was found dead outside the residence from an apparent stab wound.
Investigators determined Flener and Tony Lewis, 41, of Sandy Hook were involved in a physical altercation which lead to the deadly knife wound.
KSP is continuing to investigate. No charges have been filed at this time.
