MAGOFFIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – KSP troopers are investigating a possible drowing in Magoffin County.
Reportedly they were called at about 7:00p.m. on Saturday for a possible drowning on Lick Branch Road in the Salyersville area.
Troopers and Fish and Wildlife officers found Raymond Long, 57, of Salyersville unresponsive in a pond near his home.
Reportedly Long was pronounced dead on the scene.
A toxicology test and an autopsy have been requested. No foul play is suspected and the case remains under the investigation.
