LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) A Somerset man arrested in connection with a corpse found in Lincoln County was arraigned in court Monday.
Otha Wesley is accused of murder and abuse of a corpse. Investigators claim that Wesley allegedly murdered a woman and dumped what police believe is the body of April Neikirk on a rural Lincoln County road.
KSP investigators uncovered the body Tuesday, June 5. Police said that Neikirk was last seen on April 25 and they believe Wesley had something to do with her disappearance.
At the arraignment, Monday, a not guilty plea was entered for him by Judge Janet Booth.
