LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – There was a happy ending to the search for a missing man with special needs.
Police very quickly reacted to the call of a man with Down Syndrome who had wandered from his home. Police say there were reports that he may have headed toward Bryan Station High School, as he had walked there before when he had gone missing. He was not at the school.
However, police found the man on Rogers Avenue shortly afterward. He is being returned to his family.
