BEREA ,Ky. (LEX 18) – A Berea man is charged with indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself at a fast food restaurant.
52-year-old Ty Embry was identified by several witnesses as exposing his genitalia at the McDonald’s play area.
Embry was charged with Indecent Exposure 1st Degree and Disorderly Conduct. According to an arrest citation, further investigation also revealed that Embry engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior in front of several small children inside of the business.
He was also charged with 3 counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.
