LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Lexington Police are looking for the suspects they say sprayed a Lexington neighborhood with bullets Sunday evening.
Reportedly officers were called to Eastern Avenue near E. 2nd Street around 8:00p.m. for reports of shots fired
Police say they believe two men fired 8 to 10 shots at each other along the roadway, but they don’t believe anyone was hit or injured.
However, homes and cars in the area were hit by the gunfire.
Police say it is unclear if the suspects were on foot or in cars.
An investigation is underway, anyone with information is asked to call police.
