LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The family of the city’s most recent homicide victim needs help paying for his funeral.
Jason Smith was gunned down on Corral Street Sunday. Smith’s wife spoke with LEX 18 to remember the father of two.
"To not know as a parent how you’re going to explain to your kids that their dad’s gone and the reason that their dad is gone… is…no parent should have to do that," Rachel Smith told LEX 18.
Rachel says Jason will not only be remembered as a loving father but as a giving person, too.
