LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. (WPSD) — A Grand Rivers man is accused of holding a woman against her will after a woman passed a note to a clerk pleading for help.
WPSD reports here that 40-year-old Steven Talley was arrested at his home after the clerk contacted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Talley is charged with resisting arrest, two counts of third-degree assault, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, fleeing or evading police, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and one count of fourth-degree assault.
Police say Talley also was wanted on a warrant for a fourth-degree assault charge in a different case.
