LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police are searching for a man after a Dollar Store was robbed Friday night at knifepoint on Lexington’s north side.
The robbery occurred about 8:45 p.m. at the Dollar General on North Broadway near the interstate.
Police say a man walked into the store and threatened two employees with a knife.
The man fled after taking an undisclosed about of cash.
Police say the man was wearing a gray hoodie with a camouflage mask and sunglasses.
No one was injured.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Lexington police.
