RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) – A former Richmond firefighter will be arraigned on several charges relating the sexual abuse of a juvenile.
Police say Shane Allen was arrested on charges of sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12, rape, and sodomy. The city of Richmond and Madison County EMS both confirmed he no longer holds positions in their departments.
Allen is in the Madison County Detention Center being held on a $50,000.
He will answer to the charges Friday.
