PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) – A pedestrian is dead after being struck by a car in Johnson County.
At 10:25 PM Thursday night after receiving a call from the Johnson County Sheriff’s office requesting assistance on a fatal collision which occurred in the Paintsville community.
Upon arrival, it was determined a male subject was standing in the westbound lane of US 460 when he was struck by a vehicle.
52-year-old Jimmy Craft from Salyersville was pronounced dead at the scene by the Johnson County Coroner’s Office.
