CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A 17-year-old George Rogers Clark student was killed following a farming accident that happened on Saturday in Clark County.
According to Clark County Public Schools, Ryan Phelps, who was a senior, died from injuries he sustained from the accident.
