SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — After multiple reports of vehicle break-ins in the Harbor Village and Mallard Point communities, deputies have arrested four people.
Video posted to social media showed the suspects. Within 24 hours, the sheriff's office received not only tips about names, they also received additional home surveillance videos from other neighbors who helped deputies better identify the suspects.
Three of the suspects were juveniles. One adult, Tristan Clark, was arrested and charged with Theft, Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Transaction with Minors 2nd Degree.
Deputies recovered several wallets, purses, backpacks and other stolen items throughout the day. A stolen firearm was recovered and a small amount of marijuana was seized.
