MANCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two people were transported to the hospital after a vehicle crashed into a Family Dollar store in Manchester.
According to police, a 2017 Nissan Rogue jumped the curb and struck the store entrance. Drugs and alcohol are not suspected but officers say a water bottle had fallen in the driver side floorboard, causing the driver to be unable to hit the brakes.
The driver and passenger were transported to Advent Health Manchester for evaluation.
