POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Hundreds of Clark Energy Cooperative customers are without power Sunday night.
Officials with the company tell LEX 18 that three substations are down, causing the outage.
This is affecting about 500 customers across Clay City, Stanton, Winchester, and surrounding areas.
Crews are on their way to stations 4, 11, and 19 to fix the issue.
There is no estimated time of restoration.
