If you listen closely you can hear that hardpan, drought scorched ground slowly slurping it up! 24 hour MaxTrack estimated rainfall is in the 1" to 3" range southwest to northeast across the Bluegrass. It's been much lighter southeast but rain will slowly slide in that direction with the cold front Monday. Watch for runoff and potential localized flooding- also standing water on roads that could lead to hydroplaning & hazards on your commute.
