UPDATE: All lanes of I-75 have reopened.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A semi truck with its front wheels on fire has blocked a lane of I-75.
The right lane of I-75 north is blocked just past the Man o’ War Boulevard exit, Exit 108.
